Rosalie Favell: Belonging Tour

On Thursday June 11th the Historic Sault Ste Marie Métis Council partnered with the Métis Nation of Ontario Community Wellness Coordinator Melanie McLaughlin for a guided tour of Métis artist Rosalie Favell's Belonging Exhibit at the Art Gallery of Algoma. To begin the tour the Art Gallery of Algoma's Education Coordinator Evangeline gave guest some background on the exhibit and the artists life.

After guests were able to have free roam of the gallery space to get a closer look at the artwork. When guests were finished perusing the gallery, they were treated to a light lunch and lively discussion about the exhibit.
